• Sign-in token. When an authorised staff member signs in to the content management area, an authentication token is kept in the browser's local storage so they stay signed in. Public visitors never need to sign in, so nothing is stored for them.
• Your notice choice. The small cookie notice remembers, in local storage, that you have acknowledged it, so it doesn't reappear on every visit.
• Assistant session. Your Ask Cradlestone conversation is held in the open page only and disappears when you close or refresh the tab. It is not stored on your device or in our database.

What this site doesn't use

No third-party advertising pixels, no social-media trackers, and no profiling cookies. Links to Google Maps, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and Ster-Kinekor booking take you to third-party websites, which operate under their own cookie and privacy policies.

Managing this

Because we use only essential storage, there is nothing to opt in to or out of, and this notice simply keeps you informed. You can clear this website's data in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work normally.
