Velor sells carefully selected thrifted and pre-owned fashion and luxury pieces. Every piece is individually sourced as a pre-owned item, inspected before listing, and honestly described — including its condition and any wear. Because pieces are pre-owned and often one-of-one, availability is limited and each listing is for the specific item shown.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include the listed item price only; delivery is charged separately as a flat nationwide fee. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a listing error or stock discrepancy occurs, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Payments are processed through our secure payment provider. Velor does not collect or store your card details. Your order is only confirmed once payment has succeeded.

Delivery details, timeframes and charges are set out on our Shipping page. Where you choose studio collection, we will coordinate the collection with you after your order is confirmed.

Our Returns & Refunds policy forms part of these terms and explains when items can be returned and how refunds are processed.

Our pieces are pre-owned unless clearly stated otherwise. We describe each item's condition accurately and photograph it as it is. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If an item ever differs materially from its listing, our returns policy applies.

The Velor name, the design of this store, and its content belong to Velor or are used with permission. Brand names and product names referenced belong to their respective owners; Velor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any of the brands whose pieces we resell.

To the extent permitted by law, Velor's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your rights under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
